I read thru many reviews, questions and decided for 21.99 it was worth the gamble. It seemed most people loved it and only a few nay-sayers on eBay didn't find it worked. I wasn't quite sure how to do it . . . so I got in the shower, washed (well scrubbed) my hair, then mixed the protein w/ my conditioner in a small container. I then put it on my hair - realizing now I forgot to dry my hair a bit. I then shaved my legs, etc while it sat for about 15 minutes. I gave one less star because while mixing with your own conditioner sounds easy - really have no measuring has me second guessing. I think it should be noted about how much to use, and to mix in a bowl. Seems silly to say but not like you can pour conditioner in your hand, then Protein in your hair and rub . . .
