By itself, it might be a little unpleasant (not that bad though), but place it in a blender with a banana, ice cubes, walnuts, and some cocoa powder and it is DELICIOUS. We have experimented with this powder with many recipes. However over a little bit of a time it no longer bothers you and in some ways you begin to crave it. That aside however this product is phenomenal. I used to suffer from a lot of indigestion and water retention using whey but now that ive switched to this product my abs and overall physique have improved and i definitely feel a lot better. It almost feels like my gut is "cleaner" now since im not always bloated and what not. If your looking for taste it may not be the best but if your looking for quality i definitely recommend this product. |
